PHASE ONE

Consultancy and understanding of the brief. Key to our success is the time we take at the initial consultancy phase to get to know the client, the company and the culture, as well as the technical aspect of the vacancy.

 

PHASE TWO

Our research capability is truly international meaning we can identify even the most rare candidates from around the globe. We conduct a six-step search and selection programme, which utilises over 15 different candidate attraction points, designed to allow us to identify and target active and passive candidates. We then conduct a 9 point candidate contact and engagement process to make sure that even the most passive of candidates are motivated to consider our vacancies.

 

PHASE THREE

We manage the process for you end-to-end including candidate briefings, arranging interviews, managing and sharing feedback for both clients and candidates, managing the offer, offer acceptance, resignation, referee confirmation and an induction process.

To demonstrate our confidence in our process and to limit risk for clients, we offer a 100% rebate of the retainer fee if we don’t provide you with at least 2 candidates, within an agreed time scale (timescale depends on the job role and sometimes also the client’s availability to review CV’s), that you select to interview.

We also offer 100% rebate or replacement. If the candidate we place with you leaves, for any reason other than incapacity or redundancy in the first 12 months of their starting with you, we will either replace them for free or refund the placement fee you have paid.


Understanding and promoting the company

We conduct in-depth, exclusive interviews with members of the senior management team to help us to give future hires an insight and real understanding of the company’s creation, their working culture, and the technology expertise of their products. This is packaged in various ways a blog or a case study that is presented to the candidates sometimes it forms a presentation script that we use when talking to candidates about the company. Sometimes the job title chosen by the client is not the best one to use when advertising the role to attract prospects. Enigma People Solutions’ experience of targeting adverts to the right audience can help clients to attract the right people.

A simple renaming of the role for advertising and initial attraction can allow us to home in on people at the right point of their career. Once the right people are attracted and identified the opportunity to sell the expanded version of the vacancy can be taken through our “deep screening call” to allow the role to capture the imagination.
