Our executive search offers a three-stage consultancy, delivery and management process:



Consultancy and understanding of the brief. Key to our success is the time we take at the initial consultancy phase to get to know the client, the company and the culture, as well as the technical aspect of the vacancy.



We conduct a six-step search and selection programme, which utilises over 15 different candidate attraction points, designed to allow us to identify and target active and passive candidates. We then conduct a 9 point candidate contact and engagement process to make sure that even the most passive of candidates are motivated to consider our vacancies.



We manage the process for you end-to-end including candidate briefings, arranging interviews, managing and sharing feedback for both clients and candidates, managing the offer, offer acceptance, resignation, referee confirmation and an induction process.






86% of CV's we send to clients are selected for interview.



100% of the placements we made in the past 12 months are still in the role we placed them in. 




To demonstrate our confidence in our process and to limit risk for clients, we offer a 100% rebate of the retainer fee if we don’t provide you with at least 2 candidates, within the first six weeks, that you select to interview.


We also offer 100% rebate or replacement. If the candidate we place with you leaves, for any reason other than incapacity or redundancy in the first 12 months of their starting with you, we will either replace them for free or refund the placement fee you have paid.
