Enigma People Solutions has a growing contracting line of business.
This requires someone to promote and market our contract recruitment services to prospect clients abut also to promote and market our market reach to prospect contractors.

Working closely with the directors of the business and the marketing executive you will facilitate the management, coordination and growth of our contract recruitment function.
Ideally, you'll have a structured approach to tackling tasks and the ability to recognize the difference between what’s urgent and what’s important.

This role comprises of 2 distinct elements Contract recruitment co-ordination and Marketing support
 
Contract recruitment co-ordinator
You will manage our contractor book by:
Running contractor payroll weekly
Communicating with registered contractors to ensure we know when they are available for their next contract
Regularly marketing selected contractors out to client groups
Actively build and increase our contractor network  on via LinkedIn and other platforms
Assist the Marketing Executive in creating or identifying useful and relevant content to promote to both contractors and client groups
Keeping up to date on contracting laws, rules, regulations and policies and ensuring that Enigma People Solution's practices comply 
Much of your time will be spent database building and cleaning, communication with the database and market research.
Other tasks include call handling, supporting recruitment consultants by preparing CV's to go out to clients by incorporating them into our company format, 
You may also provide social media support, write job advertisements and market vacancies to our candidate base. 

Marketing support 
Scheduling Social Media Posts (Blogs promos, vacancies, related news etc.)
Handling new subscribers to our site (sorting mailing lists and setting up automatic mail to go out etc.)
Interacting/Engaging on Social Media
Potentially taking on some of the analytics for the social media (so they can understand the impact the content is having and evaluate this and change if necessary)
Handling hello@enigma emails/inquiries
Potentially working on awards entries with senior marketeer
