We provide contract and permanent technology recruitment solutions throughout the UK to a wide range of companies operating in Digital Media, Software Development and Electronic Design and Technology Support industries. Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates and marketing client vacancies to existing and new candidates and delivering a high level of service. The work is mainly office based; however you will be expected to attend client meetings and interview applicants from time to time.
You will have good administration skills; an understanding of the service industry and the importance of good customer service skills; an eye for detail; an outgoing personality and be someone who can learn and grow with the business. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients.
Initially, you'll work closely with the directors, with the opportunity to create your own role in a flexible and fun environment. Ideally, you'll have a structured approach to tackling tasks and the ability to recognise the difference between what's urgent, and what's important.
You need to be: Confident, Persuasive and Motivated
You need to have:
• Plenty of common sense and intelligence
• Resilience and ability to deal with rejection
• An empathy for people
• Sales, marketing or business to business customer service experience
• Great organisation and time and task management
• Good communication skills
None – although an understanding of IT is advantageous
No specific previous experience is required; we like to see evidence of customer service or a strong track record of business to business sales.
