Job Role

We are looking to recruit a Insights Analyst to be part of a successful digital marketing team that will give the successful candidate a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping their digital strategy and the future of their various businesses. 

The position, which is based in their modern offices near Braehead (which has an excellent bus service and parking is available), will involve working with our established in-house team to deliver marketing campaigns across a number of automotive related companies. 

The business is currently going through a very large transformation project and as part of that we are re-platforming to an enterprise level CMS. As part of this exciting role we are looking for someone to work in our insights team to carry out A/B and multi-variant testing utilising this new platform to deliver results for the business.

This role will involve interpreting large volumes of data and provide actionable insight that can then be used to shape our digital marketing strategy. 


• Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
• Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills. Enjoys data and unearthing insights from reporting
• A/B testing, CRO and multi-variant testing expertise
• Experience setting up and running various forms of web based user testing
• History working with enterprise level CMS platforms
• Ability to translate a large volume of complex data and present in a simpler format that is easy to understand
• Excellent communication skills


• Working with our new website platform, constantly testing and improving it through A/B and multi-variant testing to produce ongoing incremental improvements in performance
• Consistently deliver quality reports in a clear format 
• Work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing and Insights team to provide regular feedback on the performance of our various online marketing strategies 
• Provide feedback on the performance of marketing campaigns 
• Work with data from various systems such as website analytics software and CRMs
• Experience with Sitecore preferable but not essential
• Provide feedback to key stakeholders from within the business and communicate with them on a regular basis 
• Analyse spend and performance of advertising on 3rd party websites
• Working with our CRM team helping to define and analyse customer engagement strategies and help to provide a seamless comms experience for our customers online
